About the project:
A local company, Integrity Pest Solutions, was our first client. They needed a custom system for tracking customers, recurring appointments, and available services. Most importantly, they needed an affordable solution; as a small business, they couldn’t afford the tools larger companies typically rely on.
Working closely with IPS to understand their constraints and goals, we built a system that allowed them to effectively track customers, sales, and scheduling. We hosted the application on our own servers, an option we make available to all of our clients, which allowed us to quickly deploy updates as they encountered bugs or new feature requests.
This project is important to us because we believe local businesses working together helps drive Columbus toward a more efficient future.
